Licensing, plainly explained

Is this a subscription?

No. Each purchase is a one-time payment for a 365-day license. It does not renew automatically; you can purchase another annual term when you are ready.

When does the license term begin?

The 365-day term begins when payment completes. Every seat on a Team license shares that same end date.

What counts as a seat?

A seat is one activated device. Professional includes one activation; Team includes up to five. Contact support if you replace a device and need an activation released.

Does Datally upload my data?

Core file processing runs on your machine. If you explicitly enable a cloud AI provider, the disclosed prompt context is sent to that provider. License checks send license and device identifiers to Datally, not your source datasets.

Can I get a refund?

Paid licenses include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email support@datally.io from the purchase address to request a refund.
